What are the stockings made of?
Strathcona Stockings are made from a silky soft nylon spandex blend.
Where do you get your patterns?
All Strathcona patterns are original artworks. They are collaged, painted, drawn, photographed and made by Strathcona's founder, Ryley O'Byrne.
How do you print them?
We digitally print each piece individually in Canada or the USA.
Where do you print them?

What size are they?
Our stockings will fit almost any size foot, ranging from very small (siz 5) to very large (size 13). That being said, they will be looser on a small foot and more stretched on a big foot!
Our mens specific socks roughly fit a mens 7 to a mens 12. Our sparkle geneally stretch to fit a womens 6 to a womens 11
Can men wear the original Strathcona Stockings?
Yes, absolutely. The original Strathconas are perfect for men. They fit almost all sizes. They are soft and comfortable. They are especially great for men who don't like bulky socks, or men who have shoes that fit best with bare feet.
You are Canadian, why is the shop in US Dollars?
We are Canadian! But most of our customers are not. Since we only have one currency in our webstore USD makes the most sense, as it is one of the most common and understood global currencies.
Do you have a guaruntee?
Yes. We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not we will refund you. Please see below for how to return your item.
Why aren't you emailing me back faster?
We are a very small team over here. And while we try to answer your questions in a timely manner, we get so many emails that sometimes we focus on the most time sensitive.
How should I care for them?
Are you a person that hand washes your intimates? Think about it. For longest life and enduring colour vibrance, we suggest you hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.
How do I specify my 3 Pack?
You can email us. Or even better, put your choices in the order! Can I choose anything for my 3 Pack?
You can choose any socks, stockings or sparkle socks that we have in stock.

Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere.
Where do you ship from?
Vancouver, Canada.
How long will shipping take? (Not Christmas time)
Shipping times vary, but orders take approximately
2-5 business days within Canada.
4-7 business days in the USA.
7-15 business days internationally!
We ship from our studio at least once a week.
I want them ASAP! Can you ship them faster?
Yes we can. But it is much more expensive than the nominal amount we charge for shipping on normal orders. Express shipping generally adds $24 to USA orders and $48 to international orders! Yikes.
Why is the shipping so cheap?
Because expensive shipping isn't nice.
What's my tracking number?
We don't offer tracking on normal orders because it would add a lot of cost to the shipping. But if you really want a tracking number, you can email us and we would be happy to add it to your order. The extra cost will be as follows: Canada $10, USA $20, international $48. Yikes.
Will I pay duties?
In Canada and the USA you should not pay duties. It is possible that when shipping to other countries you may incure some minor duties.
But not consistently, and they tend to be quite low.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we want you to be totally satisfied with your order! If you are unhappy you can return your unused goods within 30 days receivng your order. The goods must be new and unused with their packaging intact.
Something is wrong with my item and I am unhappy.
We do our best to ensure that our product is flawless and of the highest quality. That being said occasionally we miss flaws during quality control. Please let us know via email and we will figure something out.
There is a problem with my order, and I don't see an answer here. What should I do?

How do I return something?
1. Send us an email letting us know you are returning them (and why).
2. Mail the unworn product, with its packaging, back to us at:
